Lyndsey A. Canning

Lyndsey concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense and family law. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Lyndsey was a consultant in Washington, D.C., working with large hospitals and health systems to implement complex business intelligence practices.

Lyndsey is devoted to using her education and experience to resolve high conflict litigation. Beginning with the initial Client conversation, and following through with representation at court hearings, depositions, and trial, Lyndsey strives to make our Clients feel confident through all stages of litigation.

Lyndsey is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. She is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, and the Iowa State Bar Association.​
