Courtney R. Ruwe

Courtney focuses her practice on family law, guardianships and conservatorships, insurance defense litigation, estate planning and appellate brief research and writing.  Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in political science and philosophy and earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, Courtney worked for the government, at both the State and Federal Level.

Courtney gives each Client personal attention and cost-effective solutions, which are guided by her experience, staunch advocacy, expertise and small-town values.

During her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Courtney is a passionate Husker fan and enjoys attending football games.  Courtney is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association,                                                             and the Robert M. Spire Inns of Court.
